AgroGate Data Deletion

Disconnect connected tools

Stop AgroGate from accessing new data through a connected service.

Request data deletion

Ask us to remove eligible account, integration, and workspace data.

Control Google access

Remove AgroGate directly from your Google Account connections.

Disconnect a connected tool

  1. 1Sign in to AgroGate and open Settings → Integrations.
  2. 2Choose the connected email, messaging, collaboration, or other tool you want to remove.
  3. 3Select Disconnect and confirm. AgroGate will stop future access, clear locally stored connection credentials, and request provider revocation where supported.
Disconnecting does not automatically delete messages, RFQs, quotes, market signals, summaries, or other records already created in your organization workspace. Request deletion separately if you want those records reviewed for removal.

Remove Google Workspace access

After disconnecting Gmail in AgroGate, you can independently confirm or remove AgroGate’s access from your Google Account:

  1. 1. Open your Google Account’s third-party connections page.
  2. 2. Select AgroGate from the list of connected applications.
  3. 3. Choose the option to remove or delete the connection.
Manage Google Account connections

Removing provider access stops AgroGate from obtaining new Google data. It does not erase information previously processed into AgroGate records.

Request deletion from AgroGate

Email info@agrogate.net from the address associated with your AgroGate account. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and include:

  • Your full name and AgroGate account email.
  • Your organization name and your role in that organization.
  • The connected service involved, if your request concerns an integration.
  • Whether you want specific imported communications, derived records, your account, or an organization workspace reviewed for deletion.
  • Your country or state so we can apply the appropriate privacy rules.

Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, private keys, or unnecessary copies of sensitive communications.

What you can ask us to delete

  • Your AgroGate account and profile information.
  • Connection credentials and integration identifiers.
  • Imported email or messaging content and supported attachments.
  • RFQs, quotes, market signals, source excerpts, summaries, embeddings, and other derived workspace intelligence associated with the requested data.
  • Support messages, where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.

Workspace content may be controlled by your organization rather than by an individual user. In that case, we may refer the request to an organization administrator or require proof that you are authorized to request deletion for the organization.

What happens after a request

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity, account, and authority over organization-controlled data. We will acknowledge and respond to verified requests within the period required by applicable law.

Eligible information will be removed from active systems or de-identified as appropriate. Some information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until those backups are overwritten under the applicable retention cycle.

Deleting information from AgroGate does not necessarily delete copies held by a connected provider or by other members of your organization. You may need to contact those parties separately.
